Returns
Upon delivery, the courier will wait while you check your order. If the product does not meet your expectations or the size does not fit, you may return it immediately.
Returns are only accepted at the time of delivery, in front of the courier.
Customers are responsible for shipping fees for returned items.
Exchanges
We allow exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.
Additional exchange fees apply, ranging from 60 EGP to 90 EGP, depending on your city.
Products can be exchanged for a different size or color (if available), or for another product of equal value.
To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:
Unused and in the same condition as received
With all original tags and packaging intact
Note:
Products that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way cannot be returned or exchanged.
Customized or special order items cannot be returned or exchanged.
